I think that the fact that Obama released a national strategy speaks volumes about him and his staff. The fact that it took nearly 30 years for a national strategy to even exist also speaks volumes about our country. Have we made progress in the last 25 or so years? Definitely. Should it have taken this long for a national strategy to be developed? No!
